I have an exciting opportunity as HR/ Payroll Assistant within a growing food manufacturer based in Park Royal London. Initially this role will be for maternity cover position, however for the ideal candidate this will be a permanent position.

Main responsibilities
To support the finance director in all HR, Payroll and Administrative matters
Through the use of sage to update the companies finance records
To liaise with the companies external accountant advisors and auditors
To ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements
To sure that all HR databases are kept up to date (holiday spreadsheet)
To provide administrative support for the HR consultant

The Person

Previous HR experience (ideally within a fast paced team environment)
Knowledge of HR systems in particular Sage
Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
A quick learner and capable of working in a pressurised environment
