Do you have experience of working with a fast paced environment?

If so I have a newly created position for an experienced HR Officer to join a major food manufacturer in the Midlands.

Main duties;
Management of the companies HR database (inputting and maintenance of all data)
Resourcing - Recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers.
Performance Management - reporting and supporting line managers/ employees alike
Employee Providing advice and administration support during employee Relations cases working closely with the senior management team (disciplinaries, grievances, sickness)

The successful candidate must;
Have up to date employment law knowledge and recent experience in change management
Have a solid back ground in working in a high volume, fast paced environment in a food environment is essential
Excellent communication, diplomatic and organisational skills
The ability to work under pressure and with employees at all levels
Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations
