EC&I Manager, Norfolk
Job Description
Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing client based in East Anglia, we are looking to introduce an Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.
As the EC&I Manager, you will be in charge of leading the EC&I engineering strategy and ensuring it’s regulatory and statutory compliance. Managing the EC&I team, you will lead from the front and ensure the team is performing to the best of their capabilities, exceeding targets and contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and train the EC&I team
Project management
Conduct performance reviews, track individual development plans, and provide regular feedback
Requirements:
HNC, HND or Degree level qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Controls Engineering
Knowledge and application of PLC and DCS systems (Rockwell or Siemens)
Understanding of COMAH, DSEAR, COMpEX, PUWER
Industry experience within – Oil and Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Industrial, FMCG
Management experience
