Role: Engineering manager
Salary: £60K + 2 bonuses (Discretionary bonus: £5K and Management bonus: up to £15K)
Total Package: circa up to £80K
Shift: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Being an engineering manager necessitates demonstrated proficiency in leadership and effective supervision of engineers, encompassing the following:
-Demonstrating the capacity to operate safely within tight time constraints within a rapid production setting, with a desirable foundation in industrial engineering.
-Establishing a high-performing engineering division accountable for meeting established performance standards and objectives both individually and as a team.
-Offering guidance, instruction, and support to all engineers.
-Fostering a work culture centered on sharing knowledge and collaborating with crucial sawmill operators and fellow engineers.
Ideal Candidate:
-Has extensive experience managing budgets/CAPEX experience
-Has background in engineering
-Prior leadership experience e.g. leading a team
