An FMCG distributor in the West Midlands are looking for a tenacious, driven, and confident individual with previous internal B2B sales experience to join their expanding team.
The role will involve working on a large number of house accounts, ensuring that business is maintained and cultivated as well and prospecting new customers to drive sales forward.
Office-based, working Monday-Friday, 8.30 am – 5 pm with an hour lunch break.
Ideal candidate:
• Comfortable with cold calling and Lead Generation via internet research/social media/press and other applicable channels.
• Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell.
• Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep.
• Good time management.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good standard of general I.T. & Office Skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and sociable.
£25,000 – £29,000 + uncapped commission = Typically £3K- £10K per year depending on performance!
