Working with a well-established independent FMCG business, we are looking for a talented, hard-working National Engineering Manager who is looking for a new challenge within the industry.
Your experience in managing multiple sites across the Process Manufacturing/FMCG sector will contribute significantly in this companies growth plans. With a proven track record in holding responsibility with projects and Capital Expenditure, you will lead and develop engineering functions across all UK sites.
Within this role, you will be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement, reviewing processes, procedures, and standards across all sites, leading by example and taking a proactive approach to implementing change.
You will support cross functional departments in the delivery of their objectives, leading the maintenance strategy for planned preventative and reactive maintenance to actively reduce downtime
