4 on 4 off (6am-6pm)

Working with an exciting biotechnology establishment, we are looking to introduce production associates to their hard-working, rapidly growing team. Responsibilities:

Being hands-on within our production site
Working alongside Biology and Operations teams to ensure the site runs to its maximum potential with high levels of hygiene
Documenting processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement
Monitoring systems to ensure running optimally

What we are looking for:

Hard-working, proactive individuals who want to drive change and make a positive impact
Not put-off by getting your hands dirty
Prior experience working in Farming / Agriculture / Food Manufacturing / FMCG
