Are you Technical Professional who is looking for a Technical Management position within the food manufacturing industry?

I currently have a vacancy for a Technical Manager working for a Bakery Business based in the East Midlands

This is a good time to join this expanding business as they are currently growing their teams due to their recent business successes. You will be responsible for ensuring all sites meet required customer standards and are prepared for audits. Dealing with customer specifications and ensuring they are correctly completed as well as receiving and responding to customer complaints will be your responsibility. You will represent the company in all technical aspect and will have manage a full Hygiene and QA team.

Ideally we are looking for someone with 3-4 years’ experience as a Technical Manager within the Food Manufacturing Industry. You will have experience leading BRC audits and have experience with face to face dealings with the retailers. A working knowledge of Retailer Specification Systems would be an asset.
