• Located- East Lancashire
• Salary DOE -£35K to £40K
• Hours Mon to Fri 8am to 4.30pm

The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will have full responsibility for 5 warehouse operatives in a multi-temperature warehouse. Other duties will include.
• Warehousing Best Practice – Including H&S (team and food), compliance and standards
• Manage employee performance including disciplinaries and promotions.
• Warehouse capacity planning, stock rotation and minimising wastage.
• Oversee maintenance of any warehouse-related vehicles and equipment.
• Work closely with Purchasing & Production to ensure all materials are available.

Your Skills & Experience
To be considered you will need.
• Warehouse Management experience within a Food manufacturing environment
• Team leadership and development skills
• FTL license
• Ideally Advanced Excel- must know V-lookups and pivot tables.
