Reporting to the Head of Production you will be a key member of the production leadership team and will take responsibility for driving forward best-in-class manufacturing performance.

The role:
The role itself is quite straightforward when it comes to Production Management. You will manage the performance of the team, ensuring that product output, H&S, Food Safety and Quality aspects are being adhered to and running at the optimal level.

The candidate:
Required:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
• Comprehensive understanding of food manufacturing, preferably in a semi-automated environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• A team player
Preferred:
• Understanding of automated manufacturing technology, including fault-finding and problem-solving
• Food Hygiene certification
• Practical working knowledge of lean methodology and 5S
• Health and safety certification
• A desire to deliver results and the drive to exceed expectations
