Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: North London
Salary: £35k-£40k
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00

Are you looking to take the next step in your Technical career within the Food Industry, in a hands-on role where you can demonstrate your food safety knowledge and expand your skills with an exciting food manufacturer? This could be for you!

Responsibilities:
• Prepare site for external audits, both customer and BRC.
• Conduct Internal audits, raising any non-conformance and ensure that all traceability exercises are completed. Taking corrective actions where required.
• Organise and conduct internal product testing, taste panels and quality assessments for continuous improvement.
• Identify CCP within the HACCP system, maintaining relevant documentation.
• Supporting the T.M in the NPD area with product trials and launches.

The Candidate:
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience completing the tasks listed above
• HACCP training, minimum level 2
