• Permanent site-based role in South Norfolk (Mon to Fri)- Will become hybrid
• Base salary up to £35,000.00 + Benefits

This organisation supplies food service & retail customers with ready-to-cook delicious meals and snacks. They source their raw materials and ingredients from across the globe to provide their customers with authentic delicious dishes.
The Role
Sat within an established procurement & supply chain team, you’ll have a wide range of duties, including.
• Procurement of short shelf-life materials with a substantial individual budget.
• Responsibility for your supplier portfolio and successful negotiations.
• Ensuring that pricing, delivery, and terms of business are all settled competitively.
• Monitor SLA’s, quality of service and your procurement strategy.
Your Skill & Experience
To be considered you will need.
• Buying experience with Ingredient & packaging
• Commercially minded, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage your own suppliers
• High IT literacy including Excel, any ERP/MRP is also beneficial
