Compliance Co-ordinator
My client who is a leading food manufacturer based in Devon are looking for a Compliance Co-ordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to take the next steps in their career within the food production industry.
The role (including but not limited to)
• Oversee food safety systems, QMS, traceability, and customer specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, KPI data, and manage compliance with legislation and standards.
• Support product launches, artwork reviews, and maintain accurate data trends.
• Conduct audits, manage complaints, and escalate quality or safety issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and food safety culture.
• Ensure audit readiness, crisis management, and lead root cause investigations.
The candidate
• Degree in Food Science or related field with HACCP knowledge.
• Strong understanding of food legislation, labelling, and quality systems.
• Effective communicator, organized, and adaptable under pressure.
