Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Associate – (Fluent Dutch or German Speaking & Writing)
Location: London, UK
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

The Role
• Taking, confirming, and inputting customer orders
• Liaising with customers
• Monitoring customers’ orders
• Inputting & updating purchase orders/amendments.
• Liaising with closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Technical departments
• Ordering sample shipments to customers
• Reviewing and control of stock levels
• Requesting stock or inventory from warehouse
• Sending price quotes to customer
• Login opportunities & quotes on internal system
• Product reports

Requirements
• Fluent Dutch or German Speaking & Writing
• Supply Chain knowledge and experience.
• Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Navision)
• Able to communicate effectively, employing tact and discretion and demonstrating a genuine desire to provide a good service.
