Financial Director

FMCG Food manufacturer – meat industry

North England site – flexible/hybrid but would need to be North based.

Looking to speak to Head of/FDs with Food industry experience in the North of England. One of our key clients is looking to recruit a Financial Director to mange the UK team.

Must have food manufacturing industry experience. Meat would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Significant experience at a senior level, within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Must be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc).
Able to demonstrate an understanding of key cost drivers within a business and demonstrate an ability to drive continued performance improvement through analysis and reporting.
Senior leadership experience.
Strong people management skills and a confident, driven, dynamic approach.
A keen eye for detail is paramount, as is a commercial acumen that extends beyond finance.
Proactive with an analytical mind and the ability to think strategically and solve problem.
Displays a can-do attitude and steps up to handle tough issues
Advanced Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
