Job Description

Our client is a bespoke food manufacturer who is currently experiencing rapid growth. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join the team as General Manager to ensure production runs smoothly. If you are looking to step up and work with a portfolio of luxury clientele, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

-Manage the Production Manager, Planning Manager and Technical Manager

-Ensure the safety & quality of all products and services

-Manage the procurement & stock control

-Ensure the above is performed within agreed financial targets

-Ensure compliance to all standards required by law and our customers

-Maintain & improve product attributes and production efficiencies
