Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a graduate who is looking to start their career in NPD.

In this role, you will support the development of new products from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Marketing. This position is perfect for a recent graduate with a passion for food science, product development, and a keen interest in bringing creative ideas to market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of new products, ensuring alignment with company goals and consumer trends.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source and test ingredients, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Support the preparation of samples and prototypes for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing, recording data and making recommendations for improvement.
Document and maintain accurate records of product formulations, specifications, and trial outcomes.
Coordinate with the Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure products meet all required standards and regulations.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal product reviews and updates.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
An enthusiasm for food trends and innovation, with an understanding of the product development lifecycle.
