My client are a leading household brand with a European Head Office, Manufacturing and Distribution Facility in Central Cambridgeshire
• Permanent position
• Salary circa £27,000
• Site based however will move to Hybrid following probation
Our client is a global business with a fantastic name in the FMCG manufacturing market.
The Role
This role will be a split between office administration and basic HR duties. Your varied responsibilities will include.
• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly
• Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings
• In close collaboration with the HR team and provide support to recruitment activities.
• Manage HR administration duties inc Right to Work documents, take notes in meetings etc
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to clearly demonstrate.
• Your excellent administration & communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and all Microsoft Office suite
• Strategic planning & organisational skills
• Excellent people skills, also able to manage personal data with GDPR practices
