Job Description
If you're a Hygiene Manager looking for autonomy, and want to progress with a business offering a modern site, relaxed culture and benefits like 36 days hol, 5% matched pension and private healthcare, then this could be the role for you.
This could be a step up, or you will already be the Site Hygiene Lead, but either way you will be leading and developing a medium sized team across 2 shifts. Like you are now, you will be driving for best in class standards and audit results on this busy own-label chilled food manufacturing site.
Longer-term, you'll support on a major facility expansion, with the chance to progress.
