We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hygiene Cleaners to join our team and help ensure our production environment is spotless, safe, and ready for high-quality food production.

The Role:
As a Hygiene Cleaner, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness of our factory, particularly within production areas. This includes cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, and all machines and equipment. Working with precision, you will be responsible for using the appropriate cleaning products and methods to ensure that every area and machine is thoroughly sanitized and ready for operation. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean all machines and equipment to an exceptionally high standard, using the appropriate cleaning methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of all floors, walls, and ceilings within production areas, following strict guidelines.
• Carefully break down, clean, and reassemble machines, following specific reassembly instructions.
• Assist with setting up production lines, ensuring all equipment is ready for production start at 6:00 am.
• Report any broken or damaged equipment immediately to the Hygiene Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow safe and effective cleaning practices to prevent any damage to machines, equipment, or surrounding areas.
• Perform hygiene/cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors, chargehands, or other departments.
• Adhere to Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards and actively aim to exceed them.
• Complete additional duties as needed to support production, supervisors, and managers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.

Hours of Work:
• 40 hours per week: Night shifts from 22:00-06:00, Monday to Friday, or a flexible five-day schedule within any seven days (9 hours per day).
• 48 hours per week: 8-day shift pattern, working four consecutive 12-hour night shifts from 19:00-07:00, followed by four days off.

Other Relevant Information:
• A nightshift allowance is included in the hourly pay rate.
• Flexibility to assist or work in other departments if required.
