Areas of Responsibility:
• Managing the company’s social media accounts.
• Writing a weekly blog post – This could be about our company or the wider chemical industry.
• Conduct market research (Key trends/key word analysis, analysing competitor behaviours etc.) to assist the
creation of marketing material.
• Creating short promotional videos for our social media pages.
• Creating email marketing campaigns.
• Planning several UK and international exhibitions, assisting in the design of artwork and the production of
exhibition material.
• SEO – Updating our website regularly to ensure that retain a high SEO score.
• Measuring website traffic through Google Analytics, as well as social media impressions to gauge the success
of marketing material.
• Raising Purchase Orders.
• Other tasks as required by your manager.
Desired Skills
• Previous experience creating online marketing material.
• Previous experience in B2B marketing.
• As writing blog posts is a regular part of this role, previous experience of copywriting or journalistic writing is
desired.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Adobe software, such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro, is highly desired.
• Previous experience in SEO, as well as the ability to use Google Analytics.
• Good knowledge of social media channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
