The Company is recruiting for a National Account position within the branded team based in the Leamington Spa office. We seek a dynamic and driven individual with strong commercial acumen to support the growth of the Branded portfolio with key UK retailers and channels. ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
• Pro-actively manage specific existing customer relationships while developing new key accounts that enable future growth opportunities.
• Ensure all day-to-day account issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently with a customer centric approach.
• Support the sales management and marketing team to deliver projects.
• Manage trade investments and run promotional post-evaluation and optimisation to drive ROI.
• Manage implementation of marketing initiatives in store and on-line, working with Sales & Marketing teams.
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate would be of graduate calibre with 2-3 years of experience in an FMCG sales role with experience dealing with at least one of the Major Supermarkets. This could be someone who is already a National Account Manager or a National Account Executive looking for a step up.
• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years sales experience with an FMCG company or head office of a grocery retailer.
• Strong analytical capability and highly numerate.
• Solid multi-tasking, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrate positive energy to effectively represent brand internally/externally.
• Ambitious team player.
• Excellent Microsoft skills-Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Passion for food.
