Job Description

If you are looking for an NPD technologist role that gives you autonomy in the creation and development of premium bakery products from concept to launch, and you want exposure to some big-name high-street retailers, I might have the role for you.

Primary responsibilities:

Developing new and existing sweet bakery products

Basing product development ideas on real-time consumer trends

Accurate documentation of all recipes

Ensuring these products meet UK food regulation standards

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000

Hours: 40 hr week (Full-time)

Location: Leicester
