Client

I am working with an excellent client of mine who is looking to add an operation lead to the business. This role will require the successful candidate to drive 5S and CI to improve the site.

Package

Job: Operational Lead

Package: £40,000 + 5% bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday days (37.5 hours p/week)

Location: Boston

Role/Responsibilities

· Management of all staff within the departments

· Responsible for the growth of the business and implementing strategy

· All spares and service including the installations

· Comfortable in supplier management

· Drive development of current staff through plans and also recruit for growth

Experience

· Effective coaching and communication skills

· Planning and organising

· Interpersonal collaboration skills and seeks input from broader teams

· Experience of working in a team-based manufacturing environment
