Operations Supervisor / Project Lead
Location: Derbyshire.
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience).
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shadow the Operations Director to gain hands-on experience across various departments.
• Lead and support key operational projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of production strategies, supply chain management, and quality control processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of all operational aspects of the business, from raw materials to finished product delivery.
• Support the Operations Director with day-to-day management, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and growth within the company.
• Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and results-driven operational culture.
