Job Description

If you are looking for an opportunity to support the research of latest trends within the beauty industry, translate this to NPD and manage the technical documentation and product information, within an autonomous team that supports fully remote working then this role is for you.

You will use your understanding of quality standards from the food and cosmetics industry, such as ISO, BRC and GMP, to deal with customer complaints and product issues, support the research of consumer markets and provide technical support to sales and customer service teams.

Your relationship building skills will be used to maintain and build new relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Here are some key requirements –

– Similar role within supplements and or cosmetics industry

– Understanding of Quality and Regulatory standards within the cosmetics/food manufacturing industry

– NPD & EPD experience

– Experience with claims

Benefits –

– £35-40,000 salary
