QC Technical Baker

My client who are a Food Manufacturer in Northamptonshire are looking for a motivated QC Technical Baker to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their career in the food industry.

The role (including but not limited to) –
o Conduct accurate and reproducible test bakes using various equipment.
o Ensure products meet food safety and quality controls.
o Analyse results, write clear and concise reports, and provide feedback
o Lead investigations for product complaints and failures.
o Retest and report findings for customer complaints

The candidate –

o Experience in practical bakery
o Previous QC and bakery experience
o Strong problem-solving skills
o Competent IT skills

What’s on offer –

o Monday to Friday (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10am)
o Circa £32,000
