Quality Manager
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective QMS in accordance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain the internal audit schedule.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for process improvement and compliance enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimisation and efficiency.
• Manage documentation and record control, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Oversee training and development programs to ensure all employees are well-versed in QMS procedures.
• Stay abreast of changes in quality regulations and industry best practices, adjusting the QMS as necessary.
• Prepare and participate in external audits by regulatory agencies or third-party auditors.
• Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor QMS effectiveness and drive improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• A BSc (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline, preferably Chemistry OR experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience in quality management within pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP).
• Experience with regulatory requirements for skincare products (FDA, EU, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
