Leading the Quality Assurance (QA) function and reporting to the Operations Director.
Ensuring adherence to company and BRC standards through continuous improvement.
Collaborating with production and operations teams while independently overseeing technical investigations.
Building and maintaining a positive reputation for reliability and consistent quality in products and services.
Strengthening customer trust and confidence, which is essential for long-term business success and competitive positioning.
