PERMANENT ROLE

BASED WARRINGTON

Purpose

Reporting into the Head of Commercial, the individual is responsible for supporting the Retail Commercial team by ensuring the smooth running of each account in relation to admin, data reporting and project launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all admin related tasks are completed to the highest possible standard in line with internal and customer expectations.
• Ensure that all projects (e.g. NPD launches) are completed on time and to the highest possible standard in line with internal and customer expectations.
• Build strong, collaborative, and progressive relationships across internal functions.
• Build strong, collaborative, and progressive customer relationships based on trust and delivery.
• As part of the commercial team support and drive the wider commercial strategy and functional development plans.

Role due to an internal promotion – someone joined from a logistics admin background, commercial exec for 2 years and has been promoted to Commercial Manager. So real opportunity for someone to progress and get exposure to retail customers!

CANDIDATE

Open to candidates from any admin background or sales support – for example sales admin, logistics admin, customer service admin, sales support, sales coordinator, sales exec etc. Manufacturing/FMCG industry experience desirable but not essential. Would also consider a business graduate.

MON-FRI 9am-5pm with flexibility and potential for one day off in 10 after probation.
