Starting as a family business over 40 years ago this business now supplies fresh produce to wholesale customers throughout the UK. They pride themselves on their sustainability and have been growing dramatically year after year. Award-winning business that takes as much pride and development is their staff as they do their produce.
Now seeking a Senior HR Officer for a permanent part-time position for a 16-32 hours per week
The Role
You will lead and deliver best practice HR service across the business ensuring all appropriate systems, processes and policies are in place. You’ll manage and maintain the HR system (Sage HR) to ensure portals are up-to-date and effective,
• Work closely with the leadership team to deliver people & culture business goals.
• Manage effective recruitment and retention solutions, performance reviews and employee rewards & recognition. Including all documentation.
• Provide training & coaching and support to line managers on HR policies and procedures and legal requirements.
• Deliver site change management projects on site, acting as project lead.
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you ideally be from an FMCG manufacturing environment, you will need.
• CIPD qualified 5 or equivalent HR qualification.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership team and line managers.
• Experience with change management.
• Extensive knowledge of generalist people & culture duties including ER, recruitment, talent management and engagement
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws, ACAS codes of practice and people & Culture policies.
PLEASE NOTE- A driving licence is essential.
