Client
I am working with an exceptional client of mine who is highly regarded within the industry. This role will play a crucial role within the business in a strategic function. You will be responsible for covering 4 sites, 3 of which are in England and 1 in Ireland. The HR Business Partner will shape & drive organisational effectiveness priorities aligned to the business growth strategy.
On Offer
Job: Senior HRBP
Package: £85,000 – £95,000 + car + 15% bonus
Additional: Family healthcare + 25 days holiday and bank + 10% matched pension
Location: Multi site – South West of England/Ireland
Role
• Lead execution of organisational effectiveness priorities and initiatives in line with business strategy and plans
• Shape & drive talent management priorities aligned to business growth strategy
• Leverage Reward Programs to drive business performance and employee engagement.
• Partner with Reward COE on appropriate solutions to address business need
• Provide subject matter expertise in addressing complex Employee Relations issues in line with our service delivery model.
• Onboarding of senior leaders and critical roles
Requirements/Experience
• Previous HRBP experience.
• Delivery of engagement activities and talent management.
• Leading creative and agile problem solving.
• High level communication skills and gravitas when dealing with sensitive situations and multiple stakeholders and agendas
