My client is a member of Scotland's top 20 food and drink businesses, and are seeking a Shift Manager to join their new management team. This exciting role is your chance to lead the factory floor operations and contribute to the mission of delivering premium products while championing sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities:
– Lead and inspire the factory team to meet daily KPI's.
– Drive health, safety, and food quality standards, manage people-related issues.
– Implement performance improvements.
– Act as senior manager for the entire site outside of regular office hours.
– Identifying and implementing improvements in daily management systems.
– Conducting performance and development discussions with team members, providing coaching and technical knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
Perfect candidate:
– 5+ years of leadership experience in FMCG (chilled food experience is a plus)
– H&S qualification, food safety qualifications, and an understanding of machinery and autonomous maintenance.
– Results driven with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

– Knowledge of Lean processes (SIC,RCA), and good analytical skills.
