If you are the most senior Operational person on site at your current food manufacturing employer, and you are looking for a Site Manager role with a clear progression pathway, this might be the role for you.

This company has retained me to find their first Site Manager to look after all operational departments on site, including Technical, Planning, Production and Maintenance, but this is nothing new as these departments report in to you in your current role.

You recognise the importance of a robust Management Information System, and you would probably make that a high priority if you were to start in this job. You don't need to have put one in somewhere you have worked, but you have definitely used one in the past.

It is likely that you get your professional satisfaction from developing and embedding a forward-looking culture wherever you go, bringing mature and adaptable leadership to your department and encouraging independent thought. You can certainly name people who you have mentored and developed throughout your career.

£80,000 – £90,000 salary
Private Medical for you plus partner
25 + 8 days annual leave
