My client seeks a proactive leader to optimise production planning and supply chain operations. In this role, you'll lead a team, manage production capacities, enhance supply chain performance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the production planning team.
• Act as the primary contact for customer supply chain queries.
• Monitor and improve supply chain performance, integrating sustainability.
• Collaborate with the Dispatch and Commercial teams to manage logistics and demand planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Experience

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain management.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/planning systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and influence teams.
