Job Title: Sustainability Executive
Location: London
Salary: Up To £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite per week

Overview
• A customer-focused position sitting within the sustainability team to ensure progression against sustainable sourcing policies.

The Role
• Internal stakeholder interaction to ensure all products on the customer's contract are aligned to the relevant policy target and, if not, provide clear guidance and instruction on what needs to be achieved to make the product work. The role will be a dedicated ESG contact responsible for key customer reporting and engagement.
• Manage all suppliers on SEDEX
• Upkeep on customers SMETA audits
• Following up on any non-conformances from SMETA audits with suppliers.
• Agree and create key ESG-related risk assessments and ways of working are aligned
• Review and present data to customers in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings, aligned to the purpose of each meeting.
• Liaise with customers on any high-risk issues and challenges are communicated
• Liaise with suppliers on any changes to our or our key customer policies
• Reporting to external bodies such as the BBFAW.
• Manage sustainability projects in multiple timeframes.
• Management and maintenance of all ESG-related data

Requirements
• Natural interest in Sustainability
• Knowledge of Sustainability/Environmental within the Food industry
