Job Description

My client is a leading food company going through major changes looking to take on a Food Technical Assistant who is bright and eager to take that step into the Food Industry

The role is within commuting distance of Watford and is a great opportunity for anyone looking to broaden their horizons within the food industry. This position is hybrid with 1 day WFH and will report to the Technical Manager.

The Role:

• Assisting the Technical Manager with Auditing such as BRC
• Maintenance of Supplier Approval Database as well as communication with Suppliers
• Work with specifications
• Maintaining the inbound Samples log

The Candidate:

• Food-Based Degree as well as some kind of industry experience ideal
• Attention to details
• Enthusiasm and willingness to get involved with the team
• Proven IT Skills

What’s on offer:

• £26,000
• 1 day work from home
• 9am-5pm (variable)
