Technical Manager
Description
Oversee the Quality Assurance function at the site, ensuring adherence to legal, customer, and accreditation standards. Manage the site’s Quality System, ensuring it is consistently maintained, and drive improvements through a culture of continuous enhancement.
Main responsibilities:
• Inspire and guide the QA team to enhance performance and growth.
• Ensure that technical standards related to food safety, quality, legality, and au-thenticity are upheld across the site, aligning with the expectations of stakehold-ers, including external customers and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and assist with customer audits and site visits.
• Collaborate with the NPD Manager and site team to facilitate the seamless tran-sition of products from concept to launch.
• Oversee and improve the site’s Quality Management System.
• Take charge as the leader of the on-site HACCP team.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in Quality or Technical Management in the food industry.
• Level 3 in systems/food safety auditing.
• Minimum level 3 HACCP.
