Working with an ever-growing product category at a business which is proud to say it is still privately-owned, you would need to be the kind of Technical leader who is razor sharp when it comes to Food Safety Documentation, but also able to communicate effectively with Production/QA teams.

At this high-care site, Food Safety is a top priority proven through the BRC AA and Tesco Standards Blue Grades. The right candidate would place great importance on People Management, and would have several years' experience in Technical/Quality for the sake of mentoring the young Technical team amongst other tasks.
