They pride themselves on supplying the very best ingredients to help our customers create the products people love to eat! As they continue to expand, they are looking for a motivated, target-driven individual to join their team and play a key role in both managing and growing our client base.
The Role:
As a Telesales & Account Management Executive, you will be at the heart of our customer relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales & Account Management: Take ownership of your client accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and increase revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Use your expertise in our product range to advise clients on the best ingredients for their specific requirements, offering top-quality service and recommendations.
• New Business Development: Identify and generate new business through proactive outbound calls, emails, and networking, helping to grow our customer base.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely responses to queries, processing orders, and resolving any issues swiftly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful with your application, you will need.
• Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years in telesales, account management, or business development, ideally in a B2B or wholesale setting. Experience in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry is advantageous.
• Strong Communication Skills: You’re confident on the phone, able to build rapport easily, and can communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Target-Driven: You’re motivated by KPI’s and enjoy seeing the results of your hard work.
• Customer-focused: You take pride in delivering exceptional service, always striving to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: You’re able to manage multiple accounts efficiently, stay on top of follow-ups, and close deals with precision.
