Training Officer (Food Manufacturing) – North West – Mon-Fri, Days – £27-35k

The Role
• Following major factory investment and recruitment drive, we’re now looking for Trainers to join their super star team.
• You will be responsible for delivering H&S, Food Safety and Operational training across the site.
• You will have ownership over the training matrix & manual, with scope to design & implement e-learning modules as well as F2F training programmes which could be rolled out across the group.
• There is huge scope with this role – the sky is the limit. We’re looking for candidates who can grow with the business!
• Mon-Fri, office hours with early finishes on Fridays.

The Candidate
Must have
• Experience within Food manufacturing
• Training exp across H&S, Food Safety, SOPs etc.
• Train the Trainer, Food Safety L3 or L4 qualifications
• A personable, patient and excellent communications skillset
• Full Right to Work in the UK – unfortunately the employer are not an accredited sponsor and are unable to sponsor any applicants. As this is a permanent vacancy, we are unable to consider candidates on a post-study work visa as this only gives RTW for 2 years. We’re looking for someone to stay and progress long-term.
