Warehouse Team manager
Client
I am working with an exceptional client of mine who is well established and highly regarded within the industry. My client is looking to add strength to the supply chain by adding a Warehouse team manager
Package
Salary: £40,000 – £44,000
Shift: Monday to Friday
Location: County Durham
Role
• Managing warehouse associates, monitoring work, and ensuring safe equipment use
• To maintain positive and effective working relationships within the factory organisation, with other Company functions and externally with customers and suppliers.
• To ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are observed at all times within the warehouse teams, and that monitoring systems (e.g. HACCP) are
• operated in accordance with specifications. To actively promote cost and quality awareness at all levels within warehouse.
• Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and implementing training programs to improve productivity.
Requirements/Experience
• Strong experience, within operations/warehouse/supply chain management.
• Strong experience/familiarisation working within a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP are desirable.
• PC literate including being able to work with Microsoft (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and manufacturing systems at an intermediate level.
