The ideal candidate will have BASIS and FACTS qualifications, arable experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical agronomic support on a range of crops

• Develop sales plans and maintain strong customer relationships

• Promote quality grass and cereal seeds

• Travel within the trading area as needed

Key Skills:

• BASIS and FACTS qualified (preferred)

• Arable farming experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
