DR Newitt Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement & Policy

DR Newitt and its subsidiaries (D R Newitt & Associates, D R Newitt Recruitment, D R Newitt Limited, and D R Newitt Interim) recognise that modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It encompasses slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all involving the deprivation of liberty for personal or commercial gain.

DR Newitt and all its subsidiaries uphold a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to conducting our business dealings and relationships with integrity and are dedicated to implementing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery from occurring within our own business and supply chains.

We ensure transparency in our business operations and in our approach to addressing modern slavery across our supply chains, in alignment with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We hold our contractors, suppliers, and partners to the same high standards, prohibiting any use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour and expect our suppliers to do the same.

We are a provider of Recruitment Services with an annual turnover of £8 million.

Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking

Our systems are designed to:

  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains,

  • Monitor and address risk areas, and

  • Protect whistle-blowers who report concerns.

  • Supplier Adherence to Our Values

  • We maintain zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking and enforce compliance across our supply chain through a structured compliance programme.
