ROLE

BASED NORTHAMPTON

PERMANENT NIGHTS, 6PM- 6AM 4 ON 4 OFF 

Reporting into the Senior Engineer, the role will require you to deliver and demonstrate on a regular basis the following:
•    Demonstrate compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Health working practices at all times. 
•    Review contractor RAMS as required for completion of permits to work.
•    Adhere to all company SSOW and RA’s for maintenance tasks, completing Dynamic Risk Assessments in ad hoc situations.  
•    Ensure accurate and timely records are entered into the maintenance system relating to all work carried out, root causes and spare parts used.
•    Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and all associated system activity, monitor repair times and mean time between failure and find new methods / procedures to reduce these.
•    Ensure operating and maintenance manuals, diagnostic instructions and special tools are readily available to all maintenance staff.
•    Provide maintenance support to production to ensure efficient performance of all equipment.
•    Maintenance facilities to be in a clean, tidy and safe condition at all times. 

CANDIDATE

You must be electrically biased with experience working in the manufacturing arena. Food Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. You will be a strong communicator.  

Working 4 ON 4 OFF 6pm- 6am, equates on average to 42 hours per week 

BENEFITS

Enrolled from Day One on standard 4% Employee / 4% Employer contribution. After one month can increase up to 10% and have matching employer contributions

Equates to 34 days (ie 26 Hols + 8 Bank Hols).

Salary £46K + Shift Allowance (£11.5K) = £57,500
