Amazing Opportunity for a recent graduate to join a leading UK manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Scale-Up:

Manage the progression of new products from NPD to production launch.Maintain product consistency throughout the process.Quality and Safety Assurance:

Ensure compliance with in-house and customer quality standards.Production Trials and Problem Solving:

Schedule and manage trials, documenting outcomes, and recommending improvements.Act as a point of escalation for potential production issues.Team Collaboration:

Build strong relationships across departments.Support cross-functional teams in buying and trialing equipment.Documentation and Systems:

Write and manage operating procedures and specifications for new products.Use internal systems (e.g., PLM) for document control and traceability.Customer Interaction:

Facilitate customer visits during production trials.Process Improvement:

Investigate ongoing production processes and suggest enhancements.Support During Launch:

Provide on-site support during initial production runs.Skills and Attributes:
