Head of Commercial

You’ll have a deep understanding of the coffee, tea, and food service industry and a proven track record in B2B sales. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build on existing client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and own a commercial strategy to drive profitable growth in 2024/5 and beyond.

You are likely to be an Account Manager at the top of their game who is ready to step up to their next challenge and wants to take their career to the Director level, as this progression pathway is open with a retirement planned in the medium-term future.

This is a home-based role, with a requirement to attend leadership meetings at the business's head office on a monthly basis in Scotland.
