HR Advisor

Job description

Are you a passionate HR candidate looking to take on a new challenge with a rapidly growing SME, where you can demonstrate your knowledge of employment law and HR principals and get stuck in to influencing change and driving ER improvements? This is for you!

 

In this role you will be working closely with both the HR Manager and Managing Director, supporting the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting adverts, short listing candidates and more. You will be responsible for coordinating the pre on-boarding activities and be the point of welcome for new starts, leading induction training and ensuring that employees are settling in well. 

You will play a key part in influencing change and driving improvements to the current procedures, and support the business in modernizing their approach to people management. This role involves supporting your line manager by providing basic ER advice and guidance to ensure that the business are operating in accordance with UK employment law, as well as updating any HR forms and documents, policies and procedures.
