The role: The Hygiene Manager will be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards throughout the site through the effective management of a varied team of personnel on the night shift. Working for one of Scotland’s leading food organisations.

You’ll be an experienced leader, who has performed the role previously and competently for a food manufacturing business compliant with BRC and multiple UK retailer quality standards.

You’ll be a proactive, detail-oriented individual, passionate about hygiene excellence in food processing operations. Qualified in an IOSH Managing Safely Training or equivalent and hold a qualification in Auditing and/or experience in internal auditing.
