Are you an experienced NPD professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, innovative food manufacturing environment?

My client is a well-established manufacturer supplying high-quality, delicious products to some of the UK’s favourite names in retail, foodservice, and wholesale. They’re looking for a confident and creative NPD Manager who’s passionate about product development and ready to lead a dynamic team.

You’ll need to bring proven experience managing projects from concept through to launch, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills – especially with Process, Technical, and Commercial teams. If you're looking for a role where you can drive innovation, manage a talented team, and influence the product pipeline, this is it.

📍 Monday–Friday, 9am–5.30pm – Fully site-based
💸 £45-55k
✅ Full UK Right to Work & Driving Licence required
